Project TRUSTEE presented at MarLEN’s first Synergies Meeting

On 4 March 2026, the TRUSTEE project participated in the first Synergies Meeting organised by MarLEN Project, an initiative designed to foster collaboration among projects contributing to the decarbonisation of the maritime sector.

The meeting brought together several EU-funded initiatives – AI4COPSEC, BlueBARGE, TRUSTEE, PATH2ZERO and HARPOONERS – all united by a common goal: accelerating the transition towards zero-emission waterborne transport in Europe.

During the meeting, Gabriella Duca, Coordinator of the TRUSTEE project, presented the project’s main objectives, vision and expected results focusing on the project’s objective to advance ZEWT and equipping stakeholders with a comprehensive, evidence-based set of knowledge and recommendations to guide the sector’s sustainable transition.

The Synergies Meeting provided a valuable platform for exchanging insights, aligning efforts, and exploring opportunities for collaboration among initiatives working on complementary aspects of maritime decarbonisation. Project TRUSTEE is pleased to be part of this growing network of initiatives and looks forward to continuing the dialogue and collaboration with fellow projects working toward a more sustainable and climate-neutral maritime future.
